"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"
Pros: Decent product performance for first 3 months
Cons: Customer service tech call center
Summary: After talking to NINE different service reps, and EIGHT hours on the phone, my problem was still not fixed. The service reps are all indian call center workers, who ONLY follow their onscreen script. If you try to speak to them like a person, they immediately direct the conversation back to the script. Additionally, I had a supervisor call me to see if the last solution worked, and when I reported this all to him, he asked me to please hold, then hung up on me 10 minutes later without addressing the issues. Unbelieveable!

When I buy products I look at CNET but CNET has such a high score compared with the users. Every Norton rating has good scored by CNET and bad scores by the users. Sometime I wonder if these reviews website do try to support a product instead of another.

The first advisor was going to transfer me to a "technical advisor" (on-line) that did not exist. I waited in limbo aimlessly until I clicked the X!
The second advisor really tried to help me, but he took me through the script that I could read on the HELP page. -
2 months after they billed me for a renewal, my subscription is still "expired". No response to email & phone lines always busy. I AM FURIOUS & WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GET SOMETHING ELSE.
