"Paid for 2009 & Activation code didn't work -no support"
Pros: have not used it long enough to know a pro
Cons: Bought 2009 and the activation code they sent me doesn't work, so I get an annoying popup every 5 minutes. No phone number to call for help. I'll stick with AVG from now on.
