"stay away!"

0.5 stars  | on by unhappy_with_Vonage

Pros

some protection but less then using chrome or safari, even firefox with good extensions.

Cons

1) it uses up to 95% CPU. cannot do anything besides running PC tools
2) it's Norton, actually.
3) outsourced, incompetent customer support.

Summary

it doesn't makes sense to be protected on a computer you no longer can use as Norton (pc tools) takes over your computer.

"Slow, intrusive, CPU Hog, horrible customer service"

0.5 stars  | on by fiacre_patrick

Pros

I can not, in good conscience, post anything positive about this product.

Cons

Ran on 3 different PC's: either renders machine useless or slows the machine to a crawl. Customer service is a joke. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Summary

Takes a perfectly good PC and renders it useless. Better off with NO Anti-Virus software than this garbage. And once they get your Credit Card, they just keep charging -- good luck trying to get support.

An abysmal product.
