    Pros: Easy to install (typical of most software nowadays)

    Cons: Does not have updates
    does not protect from most common viruses
    Has sad / no customer support

    Summary: If you are reading this know that this review is honest.
    Most of these other reviews on this product saying "GREAT!" and "NO PROBLEMS" are SO fake :)
    This product does not protect your pc from viruses!
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled my entire harddrive, and after 1 week got another LSASS.exe virus.
    No updates, no support and another hardrive clean coming.
    Trend Micro is more into collecting your money with flashy packaging, but just know that the porduct and tech team is far behind the "bad guys".
    I really do not recommend this product to anyone.
