"Weebroot needs to pay significantly more attention to its customer support base."
Pros: Versatile product, monitors significant computer/internet activity and does it well.

"Version 3.2 is good but missed some"
Pros: The product runs in "defender" mode like Norton Antivirus. It found a lot of stuff Spybot and Ad-aware missed.
Cons: System scan takes 30 minutes. It was unable to remove serious spyware and I had to resort to HijackThis analysis to kill the bad stuff.

"Does not work as advertised; customer service non-existent"
Pros: Easy installation
Cons: There were several spyware programs (eg, CDilla, ClipGenie, Downloadware, NetworkEssentials, and SwimSuitNetwork) that Spy Sweeper would identify but was unable to delete. I emailed their customer service area several times but got no response. Eventual
