"Great looking but otherwise a lemon!"
Pros: The most aesthetically pleasing Logitech made till the DiNovo
Cons: premature wear of letters on several keyboard keys, mouse died after 30 days.
Summary: Frankly only the DiNovo is better looking. I think the cordless duos they have released since this one (the original) aren't nearly as attractive.
But looks don't make up for the fact that the mouse just died 30 days after I got it. It won't accept a charge at all, no matter how much you play with getting the contacts to meet on both charger and mouse.
After 4 or 5 charges the charger (or the mouse?) was history.
I went back to using a corded mouse I had previously. The keyboard was great though, till about 6 months after I got it when I noticed the letters on 6-7 keys were wearing off.
I expect keys to wear off but after 5-6 years, not 5-6 months.
I've worn out several keyboards in the past but again it took years, not months.
I think my Cordless MX Duo must have been shipped from the "Logitech Lemon Factory"

I heard about worn out keys and trouble with the charging contacts on the mouse before I bought this product 3 years ago. What I have found is that the keys don't wear out, they just get dirty. Clean your keyboard! If your keys truely are wearing out, then I'm afraid to ask what you're doing with them. As for the mouse, yes it does require an extra .5 seconds to make sure the light is blinking (meaning the mouse is charging) before you walk away from your desk. This is really no big deal. In my opinion this is a great product. Especially now that I only have to replace 2 batteries (on the keyboard), instead of 6 as on the previous model.
