Pros - That is backlit
- The keyboard and mouse are on the same body.
- The batteries last well.
- Have a way to put backlit and put it and how not to be turned off when not in use.
- The small dongle.
- Plug and play
Cons - Lack of function keys, which may be needed soon.
- The value, though I got it for half the price.
Summary Overall I am very satisfied with it, it seems very well designed, nice and very useful and fulfills its function very well in the dark and all the keys are distinguished, the orange function does not look very good, but the really needed are the comma, period, colon and quickly tick and one easily located, as say the comma is placed with the letter m, so it is not necessary to mark her, but if you need it, tightened the function key and the m key and type at the same time so the comma. I would recommend this keyboard especially those that connect a lot at night and the backlit keyboard is a great help.
Pros Its a neat concept. It is truely plug and play at least on all the Windows 7 rigs Ive used it on so far.The keys are arranged for the most part in the usual fashion. The fuction keys all seem to do their job.Its small enough to be called a remote.
Cons The N key requires a stout press to register. The backlight should be user adjustable for length of time.Perhaps the form factor could be a tad more adaptable to the way its held for typing.I would actually prefer to see some more heft.It feels cheap.
Summary As I said, its a neat concept.I was drawn to it as a replacement for a standard mouse and keyboard on a multimedia computer coupled with a 47" LG smart TV.The mouse functions work well enough.Actually surprisingly well. The keyboard leaves some to be desired in both form factor and function. It clearly is something that will not replace a full size keyboard. The size and the available purchase by my smaller to medium sized hands leaves my wrists kind of aching after a short time. The FN key needed to register various symbols such as ?,":; gets annoying quickly. The N key not registering regularly leaves you going back to make corrections. Also annoying. Its all a kind of cross between a phone style keyboard of which it would be pretty darn good, and a really cheesey stadard one.I think for my purposes I love the mouse end of it.But blogging and writing reviews such as this one, which I am using the product to do simply will not work.I wish I could purchase a mouse that functions like this but without the keyboard.Of course at a more reasonable price.......Dont buy it to do lots of typing. But it does work well otherwise.
