"Great concept, poor implementation...."
Pros: This was a pretty interesting concept by Logitech.
Cons: Very poorly implemented. Very uncomfortable to hold and use for extended periods of time. Touchpad doesn't work properly and frequently "cuts out". Power cable doesn't mate properly with the device making it a challenge to charge.
Summary: Overall, I would not recommend this device to others. There are better competing products out there for the HTPC.

that's funny because i just opened this thing and i've pretty much got it figured out well enough to type this comfortably. Granted it's not meant for long term use but more for navigating to a page and using the player buttons for the browser media. If you have ever texted on a G1 or similar smartphone you should be right at home. If you use a touchpad on your laptop you'll be able to easily adjust to the round pad on this thing. Matbe it wasn't for you which is fine, and i haven't noticed any lag or "cutting out" of the touchpad.
