"It's everything you need, except a useful USB HUB" on by dragoncancer

Pros: Everything else mentioned + CPU and RAM usage display

Cons: USB Ports could be better

Summary: Everyone's mentioned all the sweet features on this keyboard. But here are a couple of things worth mentioning.

Unless you have space in front of your keyboard, you might find the USB ports dont have enough clearance to easily plug devices in... And when you actually do plug something in you'll find that many devices won't work because these ports don't provide enough power. The only device I've been able to plug in and use is a mouse. None of my flash drives work.

I really like the information displayed on the LCD (eg, CPU/RAM usage, media file titles, clock, or Game information). There are different levels of lighting... but why would you want to dim it down?

Hopefully more companies will provide game profiles for it in the near future.

    Updated
Ok flash drives probably work. It's these flash card adapters that don't. I have a USB Memory Stick adapter and a USB Compact Flash Card adapter that dont' work when plugged into the keyboard... I think the help file says that the USB ports on the keyboard don't provide as much power than the ports on my laptop.

"Does what a keyboard is meant to do" on by Eddiefromalienwarecomps

Pros: Backlit keys, lcd screen, option to disable windows button, programmable keys

    Cons: Not wireless

Summary: Ok I will not be typing up a huge 8 paragraph on why this keyboard is great and all. It is a keyboard and I gave it a 9 because it does what it is meant to do and adds extras. I don't care about the LCD screen that much, but I do love the backlit keys. Also a very handy feature is the ability to disable that windows button on the bottom left of the keyboard. One gripe; not wireless. I wish it was a wirless keyboard, if it was it would have been perfect. Well all in all an excellent keyboard, can't get any wrong with this thing.

"Feature rich keyboard designed with the hardcore gamer in mind!" on by obsolete_power

Pros: Very comfortable to use, is very feature rich, easy to use in the dark, backlight is evenly distributed accross to board, the lcd screen is large and well lit, the keys feel very soft and are quiet

Cons: Not a lot of apps created yet to support the LCD GamePanel, no shortcut keys

Summary: I love this keyboard primarily for the backlit keys and the 54 macro keys. I think this is a solid keyboard which is excellent for both gaming and professional use. The LCD Panel can tell you anything from system specs such as CPU and RAM load, component temperatures, voltages, network use, can support plugins for media players, will show game stats and is only limited to creativity. Eventually it will be able to allow for IM conversations when in a game or not in desktop. The sky is definitely the limit. It also has a nice rubber finish to it and is thin and portable. The keyboard also features a game mode button which when activated disables the windows and right-click key which is really nice since I always hit those keys and tab out of the game! I am convinced that when you try this keyboard you will not be able to let it go since it packs some serious heat!

"Perfect Keyboard (especially for gamers)" on by reeeev

Pros: lighting keys / extra keys / screen

    Cons: NOTHING!

Summary: I love this keyboard! It's the perfect keyboard for gaming and other purposes. The macro function is a cool feature along with the extra keys (18x3). The lighting feature is pretty badass too along with the screen directly infront of the user. It is clearly a logitech product and serves it's purpose as a keyboard (and more!)

"problems with the keys" on by theoander

Pros: Nice back lite, LOTS of programability.

Cons: Big footprint. The paint on my keys wore off within about 2 months. I dont mean a little wear showing, the keys are not un-readable. Very disapointing.
