"Good features/poor connectivity"
Pros: Excellent features, solidly made
Cons: Connectivity issues prior to log-on
Summary: I have the Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000 set and am finding its features excellent except it doesn?t always want to work - or at least the keyboard is very temperamental.
I triple boot and although the mouse will remain connected the keyboard never works until you are logged in and even then I often have to remove/reinstall the KB in the Bluetooth Devices interface. Keep a wired KB handy!
Also why is there a NUMLOCK when there is no numeric keypad?
Why does it have both software and hardware Bluetooth connection settings?
A user manual might be an idea. The help files aren?t much help at all.
Noone seems to have even heard of it on the Microsoft Newsgroups.Updated
