  "This lable maker is junk"

  Pros: Looks nice and if it works the lables stick good.

  Cons: This is the second one I had. I sent the first one back to vender for warrenty replacement. Now this one has failed. Also when working the software is not user friendly.

  "Poor quality"

  Pros: It's a very nice labeler--IF IT WORKED!

  Cons: We've had nothing but problems with this labeler. It eats the tape and freezes up. After a year it stopped working completely. I called Brady and they told me it would cost $175 to fix! I ended up buying a Dymo Rhino.
