Pros: I get well printed labels when I need them. They are well printed and it is easy to get them. I do not have to handle any sheet, put in in the printer etc. I click and the label is out!!!

Cons: The add in for word did not work right away. (I have Vista.)

Summary: I wonder why I waited so many years to purchase this label printer. The other way, 30 labels sheets (files labels) or 10 labels sheets (for envelopes) from Avery, is a nightmare when you want to print just one label at a time. I thought the labels from Brother were too expensive (and I was a little angry because of the price). Today, I say it is well worth it and I am more than willing to purchase my labels from Brother!
I also must say that there is more material and work to make the labels from Brother which may justify a higher price.
