If you've got very good eyes this is a great label maker. My only criticism is the LCD is very low contrast. I had it "repaired" under warranty to Dymo and they replaced my unit. It had the same problem. You can't change the contrast on the display. Some designer made a bonehead mistake and made what could be an almost perfect label maker into a mediocre device.
