"Horrible! Won't load on Mac; nasty tech support"
Pros: Only good thing--Staples is no longer selling this product!
Cons: Crashes my Mac; worthless, warrently only gives another of the same
Summary: Western Digital external drives work; I'll stick with them or buy more, bigger flash drives. Even trying to find tech support info and contact info on the web site was next to impossible. It can't even be returned since Staples no longer carries it--guess they figured out it was a poor performer too?
