"Best Laptop for 3.5 months"

Cons: Then one day (three days ago) I clicked on a folder and poof, the LCD went blank. After that I couldn't boot it up anymore. Tried reseating the battery power, DVD drive, etc. but to no avail. Now I am just waiting for Tech Support to call me back. Ma

I also read a lot of the comments on ABS's BBS about the problems people were having, and just assmued that they had gooten lemons and it wouldn't happen to me. Well, like you, I was wrong, and had to deal with ABS's terrible customer service.
Recently, ABS began to prune their forums of older posts, effectively removing any recorded history of issues with problematic systems like the Mayhem G1. So, when you look on there nowadays, you'd think that this was a good company with little issues with their computers. Unfortunately, there are those of us out there who know the real story.
