"Dead after 14 months"
Pros: When running, nice screen, powerful desktop replacement
Cons: Dead 2 months out of warranty. VERY LOUD, not a standard keyboard.
Summary: If I'd seen and heard this prior to buying, I wouldn't have. The main complain (while it ran) was the noise. I mean loud. The second item was the advertized standard keyboard. NOT. They moved things around, combined page up with fn home and page down. w/ fn end. Either of the problems would have canned the deal.
Then it died! 450 flat fee to replace the mother board. GOOD BYE ACER. never again.
Anyone looking for parts?
Any positives where eliminated by a system that was less the 18 months old DOA.
