"What a deal on a slim and powerful laptop"
Pros: This little laptop is a true gem. It is easy to use, setup and work on. I love it's keyboard and layout. The web cam is nice as well. It is pre-loaded with Windows MS Office. A great laptop for a student or someone who travels a great deal.
Cons: No disk drive. The case it comes with is somewhat cheesy.

"Solid performance at a modest price"
Pros: Faster than expected from a power-sipping Atom processor. 160GB SATA HDD provides generous storage in a small form factor device. Familiar XP interface. Keyboard surprisingly easy to use for it's size.
Cons: Printed & online docs severely lacking. This unit is capable of much more than meager docs imply. Many of the stock bundled Windows apps (like movie maker) are far too taxing for the humble 1.6GHz Athlon.

"Returned the Asus and HP netbooks before the Acer"
Pros: Works as advertised, screen is very sharp and bright. SPEED and plenty of storage.
