    Pros: No pros - sorry.

    Cons: Serial overheat problem
    Less than mediocre customer service

    Summary: I bought my Acer 3810T 1,5 months ago.
    They recalled it for some serial overheat problem. It took them 2 weeks to fix it (as they have only limited local services here in Hungary, they sent it abroad).
    I've got it back recently. Now the speakers don't work... So another round.
    I'm terribly frustrated. This is my first Acer and the last.
    Stay away from it :O(
