"Inferior product. Horrible customer Service"
Pros: I do not have any pros to add
Cons: Problems with the volume control. Sent for service 6/22. Returned a month later, problem still there, returned to service July 24, Rec'd 8/4 problem there and case now cracked. Returned to service, rec'd back 8/27 problem still there.

"overpriced laptop, bad quality"
Pros: its fast, screen is nice and clear.
Cons: 2 keys broke off from my keyboard after 20 mins of use.
right hinge broke off after only couple of days.

"You couldn't give me this steaming pile of alien crap"
Pros: The only pro is that the website looks cool. It's a cool looking computer if you want to use it as a paper weight.
Cons: The con is the company selling you a computer. Mine didn't start out of the box, it was just coincidence that I got it to turn on. It's pathetically slow, and the wireless network card already crashed.
