Summary: The Apple iBook G4 is a great computer for the family or the creative induvidual. Not only does it boast amazing features, but those features are able to fit into a laptop weighing roughly 5.9 pounds (2.7 kg)on a 14.1-inch model with a height of 1.35 inches (3.42 cm) and a width of 12.7 inches (32.3 cm). It is fully outfitted to handle anything and everything including AirPort Extreme, technology from Apple that lets you enjoy the Web without wires, additional phone lines or complicated networking hardware getting in the way. Apple also boasts an amazing line of software to compliment the computer, such as iTunes, iMovie, and GarageBand. The only flaw here is that Apple products have limited compatibility with Windows-based software, and limited games. It is also on the more expensive end if you add all the optional, but tempting features to it, and then becomes an expensive, but valuable purchase, with a base price for the 14.1 inch model at $1,299.00 USD. The Apple iBook G4 is an awesome computer, it boasts an impressive display, durable Space-Age construction, and your interests in mind.
