"Bigger is not always Better!"
Pros: Larger Screen, More Drive Space, and Longer Battery Life
Cons: Weight to Performance Ratio Becoming an Issue
Summary: The 14? iBook lacks the tighter resolution of it?s 12? baby brother (same pixel count with bigger screen); however, if you?re looking for extra screen real estate, a larger drive, and longer battery life this model may be the ticket. These extra benefits will cost $300 and an extra 1-pound in weight. As for the processor speed both models are spry - the difference is indistinguishable. To complete your purchase don?t forget Apple Care for American Customer Service, Pro Care for additional in-store benefits and software training, and lastly a .Mac account for Apple on-line goodies galore. Together they represent the finest computing experience in the world ? hands down! So if you?re not a heavy on the go person the benefits of this 14? model may well offset the extra weight otherwise consider the 12? iBook or jump up to the 15? pBook, which is ?the best laptop on the planet?.
