"Great computer, Just not for games"
Pros: Extremley fast prosessor, Certian componets are extremley upgradeable, looks great!
Cons: Lack of discreet graphics (and no option for none glossy scree) may make some think twice.
Summary: the Core 2 Duo has finaly trickled down to the macbook, and it is FAST. However some may be turned off by slow graphics performace. However RAM is easily upgradeable, and like always, it includes the Exelent OSX. I have been using Windows machines for a while, And Apple has much better pre installed programs (in my opinion) Also the option to run windows XP
as a second operating system may make this one a no brainer. However The lack of discreet graphics and smallish (though perfect size for traveling) screen may turn some off.Updated
what i mean is you can play SOME games, but nothing past WOW (which is very un graphic intensive). if your not sure, its pretty comparable to a typical office computer.Updated

I'm using a 1st Generation MacBook and I can run World of Warcraft flawlessly. It just depends on how you configure the options. It can play a couple of good games. I went to an Apple Store and they had a game downloaded into their MacBooks with Core 2 Duo and they ran better than mine. Just can't play way too intense games.

Thanks for that about note about MacBooks not being for games. I'm looking into buying a Mac notebook but didn't know if the Macbook would suffice for games. Looks like I'll be going with the Pro.
