"Nice! But Why Always White?" on by Lambert John
Pros: good components, LED screen, compact case, long battery life, Apple operating system
Cons: Non user-replaceable battery, White color.
Summary: White White White! It's a girl's color! Make it in black and I'll snap it up in a heartbeat. I've always wanted a Macbook, but not in white. Guess they do that on purpose to make you shell out $200 more bucks for the Pro version.

Apple never promised performance...just image. Get over it.

They used to make MacBooks in black. I have one (late 2006 model), but I agree: their color schemes need to be improved. I'll be upgrading to a MacBook Pro simply for the aluminum case, all the other goodies are just extra.

OH MY GOD!!! I agree with you completely. They're a little too focused on they're image sometimes
