"Thanks Apple!!"
Pros: Great machine, perfect as a desktop replacement
Cons: Hard to find actually.
Summary: I am a PC user period. At work everything runs on Windows. Always envied the Apple Notebooks for their design and ease of use. The virtual PC was a poor platform to run Windows. Now with the MacPro based on Intel chip set and the boot camp my wishes have been realized. The performance is truly spectacular and sometimes I pinch myself that I am using a Mac. The only grouse is that the boot camp does not support the automatic backlight feature of the keyboard.
THANKS APPLE!!!!

I'm new to Mac. Actually I install and support Windows networks. I just bought the MacBook Pro 2.33 (15"), and man do I love it. My concern was always the same - I need to run Windows for work. With Parallels (about $80), I can run Windows Vista Business in a VM, and the speed is about the same as my Sony Vaio Core 2 duo 2.33, plus windows is somewhat shielded from the outside world because it's running inside a virtual machine. In my mind, it's definately the way to go.
PLUS it supports the backlight feature of the keyboard, something you shouldn't have to live without!
