Pros: This is in response to the editor. You question why Apple only gives 90 days of phone support? Because American ENGLISH (and understandable ENGLISH) support is expensive. Apple does not outsource and pay Inidians $3 an hour to trouble shoot.
Cons: There is no con about Apple support, you get non-outsourced phone support that is less expensive than HP, DELL, ACER any of the powerhouses. HP costs over 80 for phone support in which they outsource and pay probably less than $3 an hour for support.
Summary: Apple support is rated the best support ten years straight. HP, DELL, ACER, SONY, etc DO NOT OFFER FREE PHONE SUPPORT. If you have an issue with Microsoft Windows HP tells you that you are SOL and to call windows where they will fix the issue for $140 for one phone call. Apple is the only company that actually cares about their customers and it's reviewers like this that have never called AppleCare and support outsourcing to India and hurting the American economy, thanks guys!
