Cons: iTunes migration from previous PC Libraries problematic...still trying to resolve after several hours on with Apple help. If migrating from PC, go for the "One-on-one" offer at purchase. No easy way to transfer Outlook "notes" and "tasks."
Summary: Overall great laptop for business or pleasure; portable with great performance; Worth the effort transitioning from PC.

For 10 dollars this program does magic - transferring Outlook e-mails like a breeze to Mac mail: littlemachines.com
I had to transfer my outlook files from two windows-based laptops and it did wonders - very easy - took me about 1/2 hour to do the transfers. Dates, tags, attachments, all went through great!
