"An excellent ultraportable choice"
Pros: Sturdy construction, respectable speed, compact size, light weight
Cons: Limited upgradeability
Summary: This notebook, now in its fourth refresh, remains the benchmark standard for ultraportable computers. Its tough case feels like it's hewn out of a single block of aluminium -- a real jewel box feel. Recent upgrades to RAM, processor speed, and the addition of standard Bluetooth and 802.11g make it an even better bargain.
Respectably speedy already, this machine is the perfect "primary computer" for someone who is on the go frequently but who doesn't want to compromise on speed, performance and style. The only real downside is that it's not the most expandable device out there -- but has enough performance, value and durability packed into its aluminum frame to provide the average user with years of superior service.
