"ASUS 1000HE Received today - Initial Thoughts"
Pros: Good keyboard layout
Stylish and sturdy
Smart Pad mouse
Long battery life
Speakers sound well for small size
Relatively inexpensive ($375 pre-order Amazon.com)Cons: A bit heavy for a netbook (excluding battery)
I bit thicker than expected
Very prone to fingerprints (but comes with wipe cloth)

"Excellent except for the panel brightness"
Pros: BATTERY LIFE!!! Video is better than the 1000H, Bluetooth seems to work very well, better than many, WiFi locks in very fast, Keyboard is MUCH nicer than previous Asus netbooks!
Cons: It's a bit heavier, but not enough to bother me. My one major gripe is that the LED back-lit screen is a bit blue-ish, (can be corrected easily in the color correction) and the brightness is lower.

"Best Netbook By Far on The Market"
Pros: Extraordinary battery life, fastest benchmarks, excelllent keyboard, big HD, what is not to like on this new, innovative Netbook!
Cons: I really don't understand your review. The Eee 1000HE beats out everyone else in your benchmarks, has all the features and a battery life that leaves everyone else in the dust. All of this and it is almost $100 less than the HP Mini 2140!

Pros: -2.5" SATA for HDD or SSD upgrade.

-Overclocking/underclocking button above keyboard, not mentioned in review
