4.5 starson by rjaylPros: Craftsmanship is 2nd to none. Other netbooks feel cheap compared to this one. This unit has excellent performance in a compact design.
Cons: (1) Replace the HDMI out with a E-SATA port (2) Needs a backlit Keyboard
Summary: This is the 2nd ASUS laptop / netbook that I have purchased and I am sold on ASUS's quality, performance and price. I have friends that own major brands that cost more and perform less. They are all suckers for good marketing.
I bought this netbook for a few reasons. (1) It has a full version of Windows and not a shell. (2) a larger screen than a traditional netbook, but smaller than a small laptop.
I can't speak to ASUSs' customer service has in the last three years of owning their products I have never had the need.
