"Little metal pin broke, cant recharge battery or use AC"

Cons: Tiny metal pin (in side of computer over which AC adapter plug fits) breaks very easily.
Cannot recharge battery or use AC power.Summary: I will never buy another product from anyone that has such a small pin for the AC adapter.
This is a design flaw and a very poor choice of components by Asus.
I have seen cell phones with larger power pins than this laptop.
Asus customer support is bad/slow.
