"Great computer for the price."
Pros: Super compact and light; inexpensive, and well-made
Cons: Limited storage capacity, small keyboard, need to scroll to see content
Summary: Got this from Best Buy's website on April 10, 2008. So far, so good. This computer makes a great "take around" computer because it's inexpensive and light. I'm using a Sprint USB mobile broadband card with it, which allows me to do light duty tasks on this computer. I also have a Slingbox Pro on the way so I could use this as a portable TV that I can use while on day- or weekend-trips or vacations. The computer is pretty fast when surfing the internet and boot up and shut down is relatively fast too (not as fast as the Linux version, which I bought, but returned last fall). If you're looking for a great light-duty or 2nd computer, the Asus EEE would be a great candidate. If you plan to do anything more than light tasks, you might want to get something with a larger hard drive, screen and keyboard. Windows XP takes up the majority of the on-board hard drive, so don't expect to be able install too many applications. I've been told you can install applications to an SD card, but I haven't tried that yet.
