Asus Eee PC 4G (white, Windows XP)

Pros: cannot like product since I only have had problems with it. asus does not have any interest in helping their custometrs, once they purchased the unit.

Cons: purchased a lemon from best buy. had many problems. best buy said was fine. sent to asus twice. they replaced hard disc.
and several hardware items including keyboard. worked fine, until tried to watch movie. sound NG. tech lost sound for me.

Summary: never worked 100% have had little use of the 50ij model, since purchasing in february, 2010. not sure about features and functionality due to poor service and lack of knowledge of techs. wasted many hours with no results.
