Pros: Overall great specs with good price.
Cons: The GTX 560M is not much more powerful than the old mobility 5870 in older G73JH. In some case it even scores lower than the 5870m.
The battery doesn't last more than 2 hours, even in power saving mode, while only surfing web or doing office stuff.Summary: Great laptop for whatever task you may need it to do, especially handling heavy stuff like new, demanding video games.

Cons: Kind of heavy, but consider the screen size, the size and placement of the fan, which I think is actually kind of cool, I guess I can live with it.

Pros: Powerful processor and speed boost is amazing. Plenty of memory. Dedicated graphics memory and nice 17.3" screen with very crisp display. Capable of multiple, heavy workloads running at same time and doesn't miss a beat. Runs very cool.
Cons: Sound is lacking (and I get a 'static blip' that I hear before sound is engaged, minor but quirky)
Battery life is a bit weak.
Heavy (it's a monster of a machine)Summary: Gamer or no, this device had the horsepower to handle what you throw at it. My first time with an Asus and extremely pleased as quality and power are upper tier. Unfortunately, so is the price, but you do get what you pay for in this case. No need to ever go back to a desktop with the power under the hood that this portable has. Very impressed.

Pros: i7 processor
Cons: the first computer i received spent more time in the service center being fixed than it did on my lap being played. Ten it broke and they had to replace it and low and behold the new one is junk too!
