Best low-price Sub-notebookby Will Seng - April 28, 2007
Pros: Can max RAM to 2 Gig, more than Sony TX and great screen
Cons: Bland in black LCD Lid cover and a cramped keyboard
Review:
I love this computer. Very comparable to a Sony TX sub-notebook. Very compact, so the keyboard is cramped. I have long fingers and big hands, but I did get used to it. Some keys are probably going to be hard to get to. I've typed on a Sony TX and it is much more comfortable on that sub.
That being said. The price is a great value for the performance you get. Battery seems to be good, not great.
Works great on my graphic apps and outputs nicely on my 20-inch Dell widescreen lcd. Highly recommended for the bargain hunter.

Great Laptop for the cost ...by ooblydoo - December 28, 2006
Pros: inclusive to the main review of this laptop, memory is upgradeable to 2GB and Hard drive is upgradeable as well ...
Cons: Typing on the keyboard may take some time getting used to ... especially the "/" key (for me anyways)
Review:
Overall, I'm very happy with the laptop. The screen is bright and the contrast is crisp. 80GB hard disk (upgradeable) with a built-in dvd-rw/cd-rw drive. Wi-Fi works great. 1GB memory is more than enough (upgradeable to 2GB). Upgrading memory and hard drive will require disassembling the laptop (doing so will void the warranty). But rather not difficult.
For further reviews, etc. visit averatecforums.com goes into more detail from each 1150 user (including myself). I highly, highly, highly ... recommend this laptop amongst other ultra portable laptops.
