    "Horrible laptop, even worse customer service"

    Pros: cheap laptop

    Cons: cheap laptop, cheaply made.

    Summary: Buyer beware. If you buy an Averatec be prepared to send it in for service every 2-3 months. I will never, ever ever buy another Averatec product again. I feel I have been ripped off after purchasing such an inferior product. Go with a better known brand such as dell or even a compac.
