Pros: cheap
Cons: Less than 4 months old and the screen went bad. Returned to Averatec only to have them claim the unit was not covered by the warranty because the unit was ?damaged.? BS! Never dropped and not a scratch or dent on the unit. $480 to replace the screen.

Pros: Small and portable. Loaded with features.
Cons: Heavy despite size. I have had serious problems with my 3150P. Support has been willing to help, but I have had to ship this thing 3 times to manufacturer, costing me $150.00. Why should I have to pay for shipping? The first time the motherboard died.

"don't upgrade from xp home to pro"
Pros: good value
Cons: no integrated parallel port, really loud fan, poor ventilation design (the fan is on the BOTTOM, duh), and CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ARROGANT AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL.
