I've had this laptop for a little bit over 3 years and I haven't had any problems with it except that the CPU fan stopped working. I guess I should have taken better care of it. Otherwise, this computer is great! It's small and reliable. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I bought this computer for my daughter to use in college. Our experience is similar to the other posts. Cracked cases, failed displays - we also had the network connector and power jack fail. We were more fortunate. After many arguments with customer support, most of the repairs were finally done under warranty. That is, we paid for the cost of the parts, but they paid for the labor. However, it takes several weeks to get the unit back. The computer also runs very HOT! Conclusion is that it is a nice unit but not reliable.
