"Hard drive crashed 18 months later" By pilotgirl21

Pros: I had virtually no problems with this laptop until the hard drive crashed. I was able to use it for everything that I needed.

Cons: Hard drive crashed 18 months later. Went through 3 different power cords.

Summary: HP was of no help when I called to get assistance on fixing my laptop. I was told that they couldn't talk to me unless I extended my warranty. The bad customer service that I received is pushing me away from purchasing another computer or laptop from them. There ... Expand full review

Pros: Does everything I need it to do, which is web browsing and writing letters. Comes with the newest version of MS Works.

Cons: Has a "plain-jane" look.
