"Cyber-scam"
Pros: it looks cool
Cons: product and service substandard
Summary: purchased the computer with 2 gigs of ram but it was shiped with only 1 gig of ram. required 4 hours on the phone with differant representatives as they require you to have money in your account before they will ship you your parts even on their mistakes. i eventualy recived my ram, which ended up dieing 2 weeks after reciving it. when the ram went out i then observed a loose screw wedged between the case and the cooling fan. i contacted cyborpower to get this covered under warranty and recived an email informing me that the parts would not be sent due to an insufficent ballance in my account to cover cross-shiping. i have had the computer for 1 month and i am sitting on 2 weeks of an inoperable computer. coustomer service was terable with management making statements like "thats not my problem" when informed that the computer was necissary for online assignments. if you have time and money to blow, and are looking for a little stress in your life this is the computer for you. however if you want a computer that lasts more than a month and a company that backs their computers 100% i recomend finding anouther supplier. product and service is substandard DONT BUY CYBERPOWER!!!
