"Worst computer I've ever had"
Pros: Cheap, real cheap
Cons: Everything else
Summary: I have to agree with the other two ratings. I got the Xplorer X64-9900 Notebook for my husband 9 months ago and have had several hardware problems. Their tech support is terribly rude. We had one individual accuse my husband of "dodging the question," but the tech's command of the English language was weak at best, and my husband was having a difficult time explaining the problem to him. CyberPower's computers will give you nothing but aggrevation and multiple problems. Spend the extra money somewhere else for quality parts and good customer service, unless you're looking for extra experience troubleshooting your own computer.
