"I think the 6000 is a great overall laptop."
Pros: Excellent monitor, good graphics card, dvd burner, fullsized keyboard, responsive touchpad, stays cool, not too heavy

Pros: I listened to everyone on here say wait til they improve on it and I did and I am very satisfied. 1.86 ghz centrino, 80 gig, dvd/cd-rw drive, 128mb DEDICATED ati mobility radeon x300, and 1 gig of ram. 3200 w/o discounts but I got the pres. day sale an
Cons: without the rebates it would have been so freakin expensive I would have never got it...but I got more than 1500 bucks back from what it should have been (according to dell). screen a little dim but looks good to me

"Recievied mine on Mon, Feb 14"
Pros: >I ordered my Inspiron 6000 on Feb 6 with 3-5 day deliver. I kept an eye on my order through Dell's tracker. They were on it. Recevied the laptop on Feb 14 before UPS even had it on their tracker. >Awesome desktop replacer, for the price and feature
Cons: >7+ lbs is on the heavy side. My friend compare it with his 600m, you can tell the different but not by much (2lb is nothing). >Screen is a little dim but that goes for all laptop (Get the UltraSharp WUXGA which I have).

Pros: This is a CRAZY deal! It's Cool, Loooooong Battery (9cell), Bluetooth for $32 upgrade, Scroll down/up touch pad, front media controls, smooth look, great fe.... I can go on and on and on... I got it all for $1000!!
Cons: STOP *******, THERE ARE NONE!!
