    "Great product, Very bad exterior shell design"

    Pros: Get Price for what you get.

    Cons: The high gloss black shell is one of the dumbest designs that they could have developed. Shows all scratches, fingermakes, etc. Dell should have seen that it the product testing.

    Summary: Great bang for the buck. While Dell support has been off shore in Manila, they have never let me down in 15 years. Other than a dumb shell design, its a good laptop.
