  • "2 out of 3 lost hard drives in less than a month"
    0.5 stars
    on by Beth1520

Pros: The kids enjoyed being able to select a custom case color/design.

Cons: We don't like the display; we picked the upgrade. May be good for watching movies, but not for trying to read anything on the web. My kids bought 3 of them and 2 have lost their hard drives in less than a month of use.

Summary: I've owned about 5 PCs since the 1980s. All of them held up for years. We are not abusing these PCs. The 3rd laptop is still running, but it loses the wireless network card and occasionally crashes with a blue screen. I expected a better product.
