"Overall it is a good product"
Pros: Lightweight, great for traveling. I take mine everywhere. Great customer service and I love that I can change the color of the top of my laptop.
Cons: The video card is weak and it isn't very fast. The laptop gets very warm after being on for about an hour. Battery Life is OK it could be better.

"Great notebook, somewhat pricey"
Pros: Form factor is OK, feature list is not bad, speed and battery life are very good. Screen is bright and clear (10x7).

Pros: If you are independently wealthy and spend hours (over 15 for me so far)repeating the same information over and over. Go ahead get a dhell. I used to recommend dell to my clients until the last 3 had to use customer support. IT IS A NIGHTMARE!
