"Inspiron 5150 petition Sign it NOW"
Pros: SIGN THIS PETITION
Cons: GUARANTEED TO DIE WITHIN ABOUT 15 MONTHS
Summary: OK so thousands of people have bought these lemon laptops, yet Dell refuses to do anything about it. This has cost many many people a couple grand for something that works for about a year if your LUCKY. There is now a petition online to sign if you want Dell to actually do something. To all of you that have had the usual problems with the 5150, I called Dell and they paid for everything, shipping both ways, all parts and labor. Get in contact with Dell and get it to them before Sept. 2007 and it is on the Company. Thanks to those who filed the class action law suit!! Mine is a 2003 edition. Now my hard drive is TU. I will buy a refurbished one and give it one more try.

I do not own a Dell. I bought a desktop from them about 4 years ago, with inhome service and it would not boot up so I called and they wanted me to take and have it checked. So I told her to send me labels and I would retur for a refund. I went out and bought a Gateway.

My Dell Inspiron 5150 had been used for about 1 and 1/2 years i had heard of motherboard/battery problems and had no troubles but about a month or two ago my motherboard went out and the battery no longer works. I hope we get something done and i fully support this petition

I signed that petition, I know that petitions don't do anything, but I still signed. DELL SUCKS.
