Pros: so

Cons: It will take you more than 1 month to get your order no matter what they tell you. They always lie. It take at least one hour to connect the service people.

While I've not experienced delays in delivery,
every other aspect of Dell is greatly overstated. I suppose it is a result of their
hiring and training practices. I have had numerous problems communicating with all aspects of Customer Support. I have had
unsatisfactory solutions imposed upon me for
complex problems. I have spoken with individuals whose only skill seemed to be how
to further complicate a situation!
