This Dell Mini 10 ran for about 100 minutes less than the non-Broadcom Dell Mini 10, but still gave a perfectly fine score of 5 hours and 47 minutes on our video playback battery drain test. That should be enough for most users, but some N450 Netbooks we've tested, such as the Asus Eee PC 1005PE, can pass the 8-hour mark.
Dell includes an industry-standard, one-year, parts and labor, mail-in warranty with the system. Upgrading to a three-year plan will cost an extra $99, which includes on-site service. Support is accessible through a 24-7 toll-free phone line, an online knowledge base, and driver downloads.
