Poor Quality and Tech Support
Pros: The features are great! I had the integrated bluetooth and Vista ultimate and upgraded to the 2.5 intel dual core processor with the hi res screen.
Cons: Quality sucks. Tech support reps are rude and have no interest in solving your problems.
Updated on Nov 22, 2008Well I got a replacement studio 1735. Started it up and got the blue screen of death after about 15 minutes of use. Called Tech support. Dell sent me a box to send the computer in to have it fixed. After about a week I get the computer and turned it on. after about another 15 minutes I get the blue screen of death again. Called tech support. They are sending me another box to send it back in to service center to have it check again. I informed the tech rep to note my file that this is the 2nd time for this problem. If it happens a second time I will be using the federal lemon law to have dell take the laptop back and give me my money back.

Screamer at 2.101 GHz. Beats most desktops! Cheap!
Pros: Speed and bright screen. Excellent keyboard. 17" with a ten-key would be large but a killer.
Cons: Vista. Ya gotta love to hate it. XP Pro rules. Hope they figure how to ADD MEM without a Geek Squad --- or an eeek squad.
