    "This laptop cost me valuable TIME!!!!"

    Pros: Looks Great

    Cons: Speakers are poor quality even when the computer is working properly

    Computer does not boot because of video card problem

    Summary: It?s obvious Dell has MAJOR problems with the production of this laptop. I sure they are aware of the quality control stats on this product. The sad part is they are turning their back on the customer by not acknowledging all the issues reported to the support line.

    I bought 2 of these laptops yesterday. Already having problems. If you are looking to buy this laptop . Understand the you may spend hours trying to get Dell support to fix may of the issues

    PS Google Dell Studio 15 bad speaker and Dell studio 15 graphics card

    Dell is beginning to delete consumer comments on this product off their site
