    "Pleasantly Surprised"

    Pros: Monitor is unbelievably clear.
    Backlit keyboard.
    Speakers are great.

    Cons: It's a little larger than I expected.

    Summary: I purchased this laptop as a replacement to my 3-year-old XPS system. I was not sure I was going to be happy with the machine. I received it two days ago. I love it. The design is sleek and modern looking. The placement of the keys and speakers is perfect. I cannot believe how much I like this laptop.

    Customer service was great. I ordered the machine 6/19/09 with an initial delivery date of 7/14/09. The laptop arrived 7/1/09. Dell even called me to confirm that I received it.
